These mats are the best and my dog loves it.

This rug definitely exceeded my expectations! Because I've tried so many other rugs and mats that didn't live up to its , I was hesitant to order a Soggy Doggy doormat. But, when a friend told me how much he liked his I decided to it a try. I am SO glad I did! I've only had my Soggy Doggy mat for one week and I just ordered another one. It is super absorbent, durable and it looks great. We have three dogs. A large golden retriever, a medium sized dog with curly hair, and a new puppy that isn't completely house trained. This rug helps with each problem we have, like shedding, collecting leaves, and absorbing water and dirt. It's one of those "little things" that makes a big difference your life. Highly recommend!

I finally bit the bullet and ordered a large mat in green and a small mat in brown. I absolutely LOVE the green for my basement, where the walls, washtub and floor are green. (I want another as a backup in case it's discontinued! But it's $40...) It seems to do a fine job of capturing just enough moisture off my dog's paws as she runs over it to not mess the floor and my bed up. If I'm able, I have her lie on it for a moment. We haven't had too many rainy days this year, so I can't say a lot more about it. The only bad thing is, I have naughty pets who want to pee on it. I can tell you that after two washes, it is still hanging together!

The small mat is too small to be a doormat. I ended up using it under the pet's water bowl, and I love it for that use. If the bowl gets jarred, the water is soaked up and dries, and my kitties have a soft spot to sit while they drink. On the website, it was called a small door mat, but the wrapper said "placemat" and that is a better description. I wish it came in green, too!
